Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Executive to lead end‑to‑end sourcing for hospitality positions across Uyo and Eket. You will work closely with our clients in the hotel, restaurant and guest‑house sectors to build talent pipelines and ensure timely placements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sourcing activities for junior, mid‑level and senior hospitality vacancies using WhatsApp communities, Facebook job groups, NYSC channels and local networks.
• Maintain a database of credible sourcing channels and local institutions.
• Screen candidates against approved job specifications and coordinate virtual or physical interviews, assessments and walk‑in drives.
• Manage candidate communications, interview reminders and ATS pipeline tracking.
• Maintain a reserve pool of qualified candidates to mitigate drop‑offs.
• Provide weekly progress reports and track recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum HND/Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce mobilization or recruitment operations.
• Residency in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State with strong knowledge of Uyo, Eket and surrounding communities.
• Proven experience recruiting for hotels, restaurants or guest houses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Advanced use of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Digital candidate sourcing techniques.
