Realtor Inspection & Events Operations Manager

About the role

Harmony Gardens is expanding its estate inspection and Realtor activation programmes and needs a highly organised operations professional to lead large‑scale physical inspections, transport logistics, participant registration and post‑event reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate recurring Realtor and buyer inspection programmes, developing schedules, estate routes and participant group allocations.
• Manage transport providers, pickup locations, boarding arrangements and ensure safe inspection routes in collaboration with Construction, Estate Operations and Security.
• Oversee registration, digital check‑in, attendance reconciliation and produce daily attendance, cost and operational performance reports.
• Coordinate inspection guides, technical presenters and event support personnel, and develop contingency plans for delays, overcrowding or adverse weather.
• Control approved event budgets, monitor supplier performance and continuously improve programme efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in events operations, logistics, field operations, hospitality operations or large‑scale programme delivery.
• Proven track record coordinating events with several hundred participants.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting and operational planning abilities.
• Ability to create practical staffing, transport and risk‑management plans.

• Good spreadsheet and reporting skills.
