Real Estate Sales Manager – Lagos

About the role

We are seeking ambitious and result‑driven Real Estate Sales Manager to drive the sales of housing units and structured buy‑back real estate products. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about selling income‑generating properties, engaging investors, and closing structured real estate deals that deliver rental yield, passive income, and capital appreciation.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell off‑plan housing units (apartments, duplexes, triplexes, and off‑plan developments).
• Promote and close cashback/co‑ownership real estate investment products.
• Educate clients and investors on returns, payment structures, and investment benefits.
• Convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Follow up on prospects and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and investment targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities.

Required profile

• 3 years experience and proven track record in off‑plan real estate sales and investment sales.
• Strong interest in housing and income‑yielding real estate investments.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven, disciplined, and result‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and within a performance‑focused team.
• Willingness to travel and attend physical meetings, inspections, and company engagements when required.
