About the role
Suncrest Realty Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its real‑estate team in Abuja. You will be responsible for aligning daily workflows with the company’s strategic goals while ensuring high quality and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, mentor, and evaluate team members; set KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
- Oversee daily workflows, monitor project timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage departmental budgets, optimise resource utilisation, and track financial performance.
- Identify bottlenecks, standardise operating procedures, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior executives, HR, sales and external stakeholders to align business strategies.
- Generate performance reports, track key metrics and present insights to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: OND.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
