Real Estate Marketer

About the role

A real estate company in Lekki, Lagos is looking for a results-driven, proactive Real Estate Marketer to drive property sales, generate quality leads and build lasting client relationships. The role suits someone who understands the real estate market and can meet sales targets through effective marketing and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate property sales and investment leads.
• Market and promote the company's real estate properties across various channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, investors and corporate clients.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for potential clients.
• Understand clients' property needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase property sales.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and report regularly on sales and marketing activity.
• Negotiate property deals and support clients through the sales process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity and property developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in real estate sales, marketing or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in real estate.
• Strong client acquisition, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
