About the role
We are looking for a motivated Marketer to promote Cornerstone Limited’s real estate portfolio in Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State area. The role involves generating qualified leads, presenting properties, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Market and promote the company’s real estate properties and services.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Conduct property presentations and accompany clients on site inspections when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close sales while meeting assigned revenue targets.
- Represent the company professionally and enhance brand visibility.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of an HND.
- 0‑1 year of previous experience in a similar marketing role.
