Real Estate Manager – Property Acquisition & Portfolio Management

About the role

Graciatech Engineering Nigeria Limited is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Manager to lead the acquisition, development, leasing and overall management of its property portfolio across Nigeria. The role is on‑site and focuses on maximizing asset performance while supporting the company’s engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and identify high‑potential investment opportunities.
• Negotiate leases, purchase agreements and contracts with tenants, partners and suppliers.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Supervise property maintenance, resolve tenant and stakeholder issues promptly.
• Monitor budgets, rental income and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare regular performance reports and maintain accurate property records.
• Support strategic planning for the real‑estate portfolio and contribute to long‑term value creation.

Required profile

• Strong background in real‑estate management, acquisition and leasing.
• Proven ability to conduct market research, financial analysis and feasibility studies.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian real‑estate laws and industry best practices.
• Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Business, Engineering or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in property management within an engineering or construction environment.
