About the role
Buyerbridge Digital Solution is seeking a motivated Real Estate Lead Conversion Associate to join its conversion team. The role focuses on turning incoming property leads into confirmed inspections and serious buyers for real‑estate companies in Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Engage incoming property leads through WhatsApp, calls and other channels
- Follow up with prospects to maintain interest
- Qualify buyer interest and assess purchase intent
- Coordinate inspection bookings between buyers and agents
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales funnel
- Support the overall buyer conversion process
Required profile
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Ability to follow structured systems and processes
- Proactive, responsive and results‑oriented attitude
- Understanding of persuasion and customer engagement techniques
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls and client communication tools
- Experience in real estate or sales is a plus but not mandatory
