QUANTITY SURVEYOR

URGENT VACANCY: QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and budgets.

- Conduct material take-offs, site measurements, and quantity calculations.

- Monitor project expenditure and compliance with approved budgets.

- Review quotations, invoices, payment applications, and final accounts.

- Prepare valuations, cost reports, and financial assessments.

- Support procurement and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of costs, contracts, and variations.

- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Quantity Surveying.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience.

- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, measurement, and cost control.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.

- Strong numerical, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Employment Type: Full-Time
