Quality Management Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Management Systems Analyst to support ISO implementation projects for clients in the energy and utilities sector. The role involves planning, delivering, and monitoring management system projects, as well as providing training and audit support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of ISO implementation projects, monitoring milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Conduct gap analyses against applicable ISO standards and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain management system documentation, including policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, process maps and risk registers.
• Facilitate risk assessments and assist clients with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, document findings, manage corrective actions and prepare clients for certification audits.
• Support KPI development, management reviews and continual improvement initiatives.
• Deliver ISO awareness sessions, internal auditor training and implementation workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience implementing or maintaining ISO Management Systems.
• Experience conducting internal audits and developing management system documentation.
• Consulting experience is an advantage.
