About the role
T.E.A.M Nigeria Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Control and Assurance Engineer to oversee quality standards on the Kano‑Kaduna railway projects. The role will ensure engineering works meet company, client and industry expectations and will work closely with design, project management and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Implement QA policies and procedures aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits and process reviews to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance.
- Monitor the quality management system, produce performance data and report against set standards.
- Liaise with construction teams and supervisors to inspect work quality before, during and after completion, documenting outcomes.
- Train and lead QA/QC personnel, providing direction and support.
- Identify potential risks, perform risk assessments and develop mitigation plans, reporting significant quality risks to the Technical Director.
