Professional Training Manager

About the role

The Professional Training Manager will lead the strategy and execution of ExcellentBridge Learning, creating a comprehensive portfolio of courses, workshops, webinars and certification programs for a wide range of audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for ExcellentBridge Learning, including an annual calendar of courses, workshops, webinars and certification programs.
• Design structured learning paths, course outlines, training materials, assessments and certification requirements for professionals, students, customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate instructors, facilitators and subject‑matter experts, manage training schedules and participant communications.
• Oversee public course enrollment, learner onboarding, attendance tracking, assessments, feedback collection and certification issuance.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote courses and drive enrollment, and build partnerships with universities, professional bodies and businesses.
• Administer and continuously improve the company’s learning management platform and identify new training opportunities based on market demand.
• Measure program performance using enrollment, completion, certification, learner satisfaction and revenue data, and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training management, learning and development, instructional design or education management.
• Proven track record designing, coordinating and delivering professional training and certification programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, marketing and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to simplify technical and business concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital learning tools; experience in enterprise software, ERP, finance, HR or supply‑chain training is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certification in training, instructional design or learning and development is a plus.
