Professional Trainer & Facilitator (Multiple Disciplines)

About the role

Deslog Training & Consulting Limited is looking for an experienced Professional Trainer/Facilitator to deliver high‑quality classroom, outdoor and online training programs across several professional disciplines. The successful candidate will lead sessions in at least two of the listed categories and ensure participants gain practical, industry‑relevant knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training programmes both on‑site and virtually.
• Develop, update and customise training materials, presentations and practical exercises.
• Assess participant performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain effective classroom management and learner engagement.
• Incorporate real‑world case studies and industry best practices.
• Prepare training reports and documentation.
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of practical industry experience and training delivery.
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
• Professional certifications relevant to the chosen training categories.
• Ability to conduct both online and onsite sessions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using virtual learning platforms.
