Product Manager

About the role

E-Direct is hiring a full-time Product Manager in Lagos (Marina). The role covers the full product lifecycle, from turning business objectives into features and development tasks to coordinating work with designers and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, feature priorities and development plans.
• Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product features and development tasks.
• Understand basic UI/UX principles and create or review wireframes, user flows and prototypes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Break down complex ideas into clear, manageable development tasks and coordinate development from ideation through launch.
• Gather feedback, identify product gaps and recommend improvements.
• Prioritize features based on business goals, user needs and available resources.
• Ensure developers have sufficient documentation and clarity before implementation begins.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree.
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
