Senior Program Manager

About the role

Leaders Network is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, development and execution of multiple projects and programmes aligned with organisational goals and strategic priorities. The role covers strategy, budget oversight, risk management and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop programme strategies, objectives, implementation plans, timelines and performance indicators.
• Oversee programme budgets, resource allocation and financial performance.
• Coordinate project managers, cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, evaluate performance against objectives and implement corrective actions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and operational challenges.
• Build relationships with senior management, clients, partners and vendors.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Lead strategic planning sessions, programme reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Analyse programme data and metrics, prepare reports and present recommendations to executive leadership.
• Manage changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources while minimising disruption.

Required profile

• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.
