Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces for our web and mobile fintech solutions. The role involves collaborating with product managers, developers and other stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile products.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to identify customer needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products.
• Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback into product improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product and UI/UX design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles and design thinking.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing and create prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
