Procurement Manager – Branch Roll‑out Projects

About the role

Moniepoint is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, real‑estate acquisition and commercial lease negotiations for its nationwide branch roll‑out. The role will turn property requirements into operational offices across major Nigerian cities while managing supply‑chain risks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and acquire real‑estate assets that meet Moniepoint’s spatial templates.
• Negotiate commercial leases, securing competitive rents, fit‑out periods and renewal terms.
• Partner with legal counsel and estate surveyors for due‑diligence on titles and structural viability.
• Develop a centralized procurement strategy for multi‑site roll‑outs and building retrofits.
• Create and maintain a pre‑qualified vendor matrix for construction, civil works, specialist installers and brand‑specific components.
• Standardise pricing agreements for recurring elements such as cladding, partitioning, curtain‑walls and LED signage.
• Establish relationships with global and local manufacturers to de‑risk long‑lead import items.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate procurement and commercial lease negotiation.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing and vendor management for construction‑related categories.
• Ability to conduct rigorous due‑diligence and manage CapEx projects.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration with legal, finance and operations teams.
