Private Equity Analyst – Remote, $30-$65/hr

About the role

We are seeking a Private Equity Analyst to join our remote team on an hourly contract basis. The analyst will support the creation of high‑quality AI training data by applying deep private‑equity expertise to deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate private‑equity opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence and financial analysis.
• Review investment memoranda, financial models, and transaction case studies for accuracy and relevance.
• Develop realistic private‑equity scenarios and decision‑making frameworks to train AI systems.
• Assess AI‑generated outputs for commercial viability and financial rigor.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish best practices for financial document analysis.
• Identify knowledge gaps in datasets and recommend improvements based on industry expertise.

Required profile

• Significant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or a related finance role.
• Strong understanding of valuation methods, deal structuring, and exit strategies.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated thought leadership within the private‑equity sector.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
