PR & Communication Specialist

About the role

The PR & Communication Specialist will strengthen PayZeep’s reputation and visibility by managing internal and external communications, media relations, and corporate storytelling. This role blends public relations, content coordination, and marketing operations to support business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communications plans aligned with brand and business strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and secure media opportunities.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, corporate announcements, speeches, newsletters and other communication materials.
• Coordinate media interviews, speaking engagements and manage media enquiries.
• Plan and deliver internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Support crisis communication protocols and rapid response during incidents.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative and Content teams on communication assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in fintech or financial services.
• Strong media relations, stakeholder management and corporate communications capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and storytelling skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with marketing, collaboration or project‑management tools.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user flows and customer journey maps.
• Data interpretation, reporting and performance tracking.
