Power Plant Technician – Lagos, Nigeria

About the role

We are seeking experienced Power Plant Technicians to join a world‑class industrial facility in Lagos. The position is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant machinery, including turbines, boilers and auxiliary systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure continuous plant performance.
• Adhere to all safety, health and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of plant operations and standard operating procedures.
• Proficiency in plant maintenance, routine checks and equipment servicing.
• Ability to conduct effective troubleshooting and problem‑solving.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in plant operations or industrial maintenance is an advantage.
