About the role

Habrams Energy Services is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead operations, maintenance and contract engineering activities for its oil & gas projects in Lagos, Nigeria. The role ensures seamless transition from construction to operations while maintaining high safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily operations, maintenance tasks and contract engineering activities on site.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Coordinate with field teams to address issues under pressure and maintain project timelines.
Prepare clear reports and communicate progress to senior management.

Required profile

2–8 years of relevant experience in operations, maintenance or contract engineering.
Strong HSE mindset and commitment to safety.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in field conditions.
Excellent reporting and communication skills.
Engineering or technical background.
