Physical Rehabilitation Specialist

About the role

MantraCare is seeking a Remote Physical Rehabilitation Specialist to provide part‑time, virtual support to individuals needing functional recovery. Working within an AI‑enabled care ecosystem, you will assess client needs, design personalized rehabilitation plans, and deliver evidence‑based interventions that promote mobility and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments of clients’ physical condition and functional goals.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Deliver evidence‑based physical and occupational therapy interventions via telehealth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and document progress in digital health records.
• Adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and client feedback.
• Educate clients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and organizational protocols in a virtual setting.

Required profile

• Professional license or certification in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a closely related rehabilitation field, as required by local regulations.
• Experience delivering patient‑centered rehabilitation, preferably through telehealth or remote care.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage a part‑time caseload, and uphold ethical, evidence‑based practice.
