Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Partnerships Manager is a full‑time remote position responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships across DecisionSpaak Group’s innovation, venture, training, and intelligence ecosystems. You will work independently, collaborating with internal teams to align partnership goals with business priorities and ensure mutual value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential partners, conduct outreach, and negotiate partnership terms.
• Manage partner accounts, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports and presentations.
• Coordinate joint initiatives and new program development with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain long‑term relationships, ensuring partner engagements deliver measurable outcomes.
• Support the creation of collaborative projects and strategic alliances.

Required profile

• Strong experience in partnerships and strategic collaboration development.
• Solid account management background overseeing agreements and ongoing initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and proposal presentation.
• Robust analytical abilities to evaluate performance and support data‑informed decisions.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
