Field Sales Officer

About the role

LexMedical is looking for a Field Sales Officer to grow its network of private hospitals, clinics and specialist centres. This field‑based, target‑driven role focuses on identifying partners, presenting digital health solutions and supporting partner activation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit target hospitals, clinics and specialist centres within assigned territories.
• Engage key decision‑makers such as owners, medical directors and administrators.
• Present LexMedical’s digital healthcare solutions and qualify sales opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and schedule follow‑up meetings, demos and proposals.
• Support onboarding and activation of new partners and nurture early utilisation.
• Escalate complex or high‑value opportunities to the Head of Partnerships & Integrations.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing and emerging healthcare needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, business development or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable engaging directly with hospital and clinic decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, organised, persistent and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using CRM or pipeline‑tracking tools.
• Ability to produce business reports.
