Partner Account Executive - SaaS & Cloud Partners

About the role

Zoho is looking for a Partner Account Executive to strengthen its partner ecosystem and drive business growth in Nigeria. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and partner relationship management within the SaaS, cloud or IT solutions industry, with strong business acumen, consultative selling skills and the ability to build trust with channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing channel and implementation partners in Nigeria.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new partners to expand coverage and capability in the market.
• Work with partners on joint business plans, sales strategies and Go-To-Market activities.
• Drive sales pipeline through partner-led opportunities and co-selling motions.
• Enable partners with training, certifications and resources to help them sell and deliver solutions.
• Monitor partner performance, track KPIs and ensure sales targets are met.
• Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams such as sales, marketing, product and support.
• Represent the company at partner events, conferences and customer-facing activities in the region.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in sales, partner account management or business development in the SaaS, cloud or IT solutions domain.
• Strong understanding of the Nigeria market and partner ecosystem.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Flexible to travel as and when required.
