Paralegal – Customer Service & LegalTech

About the role

We are looking for a Paralegal who combines legal drafting expertise with a strong talent for customer service in a fast‑moving LegalTech environment. You will work remotely, supporting clients throughout their journey and ensuring high‑quality legal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and prepare legal agreements tailored to customer requirements while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Provide prompt and courteous support via email and online channels, resolving inquiries and guiding users through the platform.
• Assist customers with technical onboarding, account setup and integrations with source‑code management tools.
• Answer prospective client questions, explain platform features and help them understand available services.
• Conduct legal research, prepare reports based on client information, and contribute to overall service quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a client‑facing role such as Customer Success or Support.
• Proven ability to draft and review legal documents with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in LegalTech, SaaS solutions and modern legal workflows.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment and managing multiple priorities.
