About the role
The Senior Visa Case & Assessment Officer will lead the end‑to‑end processing of visa applications, ensuring each case meets regulatory standards and client expectations. This role combines detailed document review, risk assessment, and coordination with legal and financial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Intake and preparation of visa applicant cases.
- Review case completeness and assess purpose of travel.
- Coordinate and verify supporting documents, including employment, business, and sponsorship evidence.
- Analyse travel history, previous refusals, and identify contradictions or missing information.
- Request clarifications or additional evidence from applicants.
- Escalate legal, financial, or document concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain detailed case notes and prepare dossiers for senior review.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in visa processing, immigration casework, or related consultancy.
- Relevant degree in a related field.
- Experience with international education, mobility, or professional travel visa services is preferred.
