Outlet Manager

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the daily operations of Ascentech’s showroom in Abuja, ensuring a high‑standard retail environment and meeting sales objectives. This role combines team leadership, customer service excellence, and inventory oversight to drive outlet performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the showroom, keeping it clean, organized and professionally presented.
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets set for the outlet.
• Supervise, motivate and manage showroom staff, fostering a high‑performance team.
• Maintain excellent customer service, handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement and product displays, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Prepare regular sales and operational reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and provide market insights to the Retail Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in showroom, retail, sales or outlet management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and showroom management is an advantage.
