Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities across multiple branches, locations, tours, events and related services for a tourism and travel consultancy. You will lead teams, ensure high service standards and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across branches, tours, events and other business activities.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate operational teams to maintain productivity and service quality.
• Plan and coordinate travel bookings, transportation, accommodation, tours and events.
• Manage relationships with airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators and event vendors.
• Handle client complaints, escalations and service‑recovery situations promptly.
• Monitor workflows, performance indicators and operational costs, identifying efficiencies and cost‑control opportunities.
• Develop and maintain procedures, schedules, checklists and workflows.
• Identify revenue‑generating opportunities within travel, tourism, hospitality and events services.
• Provide regular operational reports and updates to management.
• Travel as needed for branch oversight, tours, events or inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality/Tourism, Events Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, travel, tourism, hospitality or events.
• Proven experience managing teams and coordinating daily operations across multiple locations.
• Strong client‑relationship management and problem‑resolution skills.
