Operations Engineer (Support / Implementation)

About the role

To deliver standard business operations services to retain existing customers, focusing on incident resolution, problem reporting, event monitoring, and implementation & configuration of applications.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve first‑level incidents within SLA, document work‑arounds and ensure cleanup to avoid financial exposure.
• Monitor events proactively, create incident tickets for critical events and escalate to meet rapid resolution.
• Set up and configure settlement, dispute and reconciliation applications and servers as directed by the technology team.
• Perform user‑acceptance testing for third‑party integrations and support merchants and integrators.

Required profile

• BSc or BEng in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
• Strong customer focus, collaboration and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Basic SQL knowledge and scripting.
• Understanding of electronic funds transfer processing.
• Basic networking and file‑transfer protocols.
• Linux command‑line basics.
• Conceptual knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Programming fundamentals.
• Data trace and analysis.
