About the role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to monitor and manage real-time operational dashboards, ensure accurate data entry, and support a smooth workflow across shifts. The role also provides assistance to administrators and customer service teams as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage operational dashboards in real time.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Identify and resolve system issues promptly.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth workflow during shifts.
- Support administrators and customer service teams as required.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with dashboards, data tools, and basic software applications.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work four shifts per week, including day and night.
