On-Trade Officer (FMCG)

About the role

The On-Trade Officer drives sales and increases brand visibility across on-trade outlets such as bars, restaurants, hotels, lounges and other hospitality establishments. The position is based in Oregun, Lagos State, and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve volume and revenue targets across assigned outlets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights.
• Ensure timely order processing, stock availability and payment follow-up.

Required profile

• OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the on-trade channel.
• Target-driven, proactive and willing to travel within assigned territories.
