On Trade Manager

About the role

The On Trade Manager will lead sales growth and market penetration for Enstore within the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key on‑trade outlets and ensuring our brands achieve high visibility and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share in the On‑Trade channel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitality outlets such as bars, restaurants, and hotels.
• Plan and execute brand activations, promotions, and visibility programs.
• Ensure product availability and optimal in‑outlet execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active accounts.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and provide regular sales reports and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in FMCG, wines & spirits, beverages or hospitality sales, specifically on‑trade.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage a territory with commercial acumen.
