Office/Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Office/Sales Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Gombe regional office while driving sales of IT and telecom solutions across the North‑Eastern states of Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, supervise staff, and manage facility rentals and supplies inventory.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for private and public sector clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead sales meetings, product presentations, contract negotiations and coordinate regional marketing activities.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product development teams to align regional efforts with company goals.
• Organise domestic travel for the region and prepare management‑level reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably selling IT solutions.
• Proven experience in office administration and team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to strategise, negotiate and close deals.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Gombe State with good knowledge of the local area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing customer interactions and sales tracking.
• High level of competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
