About the role
The Night Manager will oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth guest experiences and secure premises. Reporting directly to senior management, you will coordinate staff, handle guest services, and manage financial reconciliations for the night period.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the night team, conduct briefings and allocate tasks.
- Greet late‑arriving guests, process check‑ins and resolve complaints.
- Monitor security protocols, inspect fire exits and respond to emergencies.
- Perform night audit duties, balance transactions, run credit checks and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to address overnight requests.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND or BSc.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar night‑management or hospitality role.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
