Network & IT Support Engineer (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows)

About the role

The company is seeking a technically skilled Network & IT Support Engineer to join a growing technology team serving international clients. The role combines Windows desktop support, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure cloud work and hands‑on networking troubleshooting in a hybrid Lagos‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support for Windows 10/11 PCs, including setup, software installation, updates, performance tuning and hardware diagnostics.
• Diagnose and resolve Outlook and email synchronization issues, and manage domain/DNS and business email configurations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services for a distributed workforce, handling user provisioning, licensing and security settings.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity across routers, firewalls, VPNs, ISP links and DNS, applying systematic root‑cause analysis.
• Support Azure cloud infrastructure; AZ‑104 certification is a strong advantage.
• Deliver remote assistance, document solutions and implement preventive measures.

Required profile

• First‑class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognised Nigerian university.
• Completed or officially deferred NYSC and willingness to work from Lagos State.
• 2–4 years of verifiable practical experience in IT support, systems administration or networking.
• Proven ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.

Required skills

• Windows 10 & Windows 11 desktop support.
• Microsoft 365 administration and Outlook/email troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Azure (AZ‑104) concepts and cloud services.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, routers.
• Domain and DNS management, MX record configuration.
• Remote troubleshooting tools and documentation practices.

• Starting salary of ₦150,000–₦200,000 per month with progression to ₦250,000 within 18 months.
