National Sales Manager

About the role

Ascentech is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to lead the sales of granite, marble, natural stones and related building materials across Nigeria. You will be responsible for shaping national sales strategies, expanding dealer networks and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Drive sales of granite, marble, natural stones and related building materials.
• Build and nurture relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, developers, architects and institutional buyers.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, budgeting and performance tracking.
• Expand dealer and distribution networks across Nigeria.
• Lead innovative marketing and market activation initiatives.
• Negotiate profitable deals and maintain long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in building materials.
• Strong knowledge of granite, marble and natural stone products.
• Good understanding of the Nigerian building materials market and dealer networks.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and business development abilities.
• Target‑driven with strong commercial and analytical skills.
