Motion Designer / Video Editor

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a modern, AI‑first Motion Designer/Video Editor to create compelling visual content that engages customers, explains products, and drives performance across digital channels. You will own end‑to‑end video production for ads, explainers, product demos, onboarding journeys, and internal campaigns, collaborating closely with marketing, product, content, and brand teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and animate short‑ and long‑form video content for paid, owned, and internal channels.
• Leverage generative AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, ElevenLabs, etc.) for ideation, scripting, editing, voice‑over, and localization.
• Develop reusable templates and scalable video systems to accelerate production.
• Partner with brand, product marketing, and growth teams to align creative output with campaign goals.
• Produce explainers that simplify complex financial concepts and improve customer understanding.
• Test and optimise video performance based on engagement, CTR, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Stay current with creative and platform trends on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on motion design and video content creation experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product explainers, social videos, ad creatives, and short‑form content.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into creative workflows with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent storytelling instincts, animation timing, and sound‑design awareness.
