About the role
Hello Products, an African healthcare company, is seeking a Modern Trade Supervisor to lead sales and distribution initiatives across its assigned territory in Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and drive sales and distribution initiatives to meet volume and value targets.
- Manage customer orders, handle complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
- Execute sales promotional strategies, in‑store activations and brand trade activities.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and provide feedback to the company.
- Supervise merchandisers, manage receivables, and ensure efficient use of company assets.
- Lead, coach and train the sales team, conduct regular performance reviews and develop growth strategies.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and distribution reports.
Required profile
- B.Sc. or HND in Business or Social Science Studies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales or trade management.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
