About the role

Bincom Dev Center’s Tech Apprenticeship Program offers a hands‑on opportunity for aspiring mobile developers to gain real‑world experience. As a Mobile App Developer Trainee you will work alongside senior engineers, contributing to iOS and Android projects while learning industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior developers in designing, developing, and testing mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain app features under guidance, using native languages or cross‑platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, report bugs, and help troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to turn wireframes into functional apps.
• Research new technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Strong interest in mobile app development and a proactive learning attitude.
• Basic understanding of mobile development principles and architectures.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
