Microsoft Technology Consultant (Enterprise Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Technology Consultant specializing in enterprise solutions to join Expervia Technologies. In this full‑time remote position you will work with large organisations to assess their business needs, design Microsoft‑based architectures and deliver end‑to‑end digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and translate them into Microsoft solution designs covering Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics and Windows Server.
• Configure, deploy and optimise Microsoft cloud and on‑premise services to meet performance, security and scalability goals.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure solution stability.
• Prepare technical documentation, conduct workshops and product demos for client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams and monitor project timelines, scope and quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Microsoft technologies and recommend best‑practice improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT consulting with a focus on Microsoft enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, digital transformation and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and consulting skills.
