Medical Sales Representative – Lekki/Ajah

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell a wide range of medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, laboratories, pharmacies and other healthcare institutions in the Lekki/Ajah area.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's portfolio of medical equipment and healthcare products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, pharmacies and specialist clinics.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market intelligence.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation, negotiate pricing and close sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate product deliveries, installations and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a related discipline (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences).
• 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical equipment or related healthcare products.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.

Required skills

• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong communication, presentation and product demonstration skills.
