Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Ralphones Pharmaceutical Company Limited is hiring a full-time Medical Sales Representative (entry level, 1 month of experience) to build relationships with healthcare professionals and promote its pharmaceutical products across Nigeria. The role covers product detailing, distributor business and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare organisations, understand their patients' needs and recommend company products tailored to those needs.
• Respond promptly to product inquiries, concerns and requests for information.
• Build distributor businesses through daily redistribution of company products for quick liquidation, payment and repurchase.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Visit hospitals and pharmacies to detail products to consultants, doctors and pharmacists so they prescribe and buy them.
• Attend product training sessions and keep improving product knowledge.
• Handle product marketing, distribution and sales within assigned territories.
• Hold roundtable discussions and clinical meetings with healthcare professionals, KOLs and pharmacists, training them on the quality and benefits of the products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and opportunities, and give feedback to marketing and product development teams.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, KOL interactions, prescriptions and sales forecasts in the company-assigned CRM tool, and prepare regular reports for sales management.

Required profile

• B.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or another related basic medical science course.
• 0-2 years of previous experience as a detailing medical sales representative.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Passion for sales and marketing.
