Medical Sales Representative – Ajah, Lagos

About the role

Sigma Consulting Group is looking for a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to join its Sales & Business Development team in Ajah, Lagos. You will promote and sell a portfolio of medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories, clinics and pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and live demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales while meeting assigned targets.
• Coordinate product deliveries and provide after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in medical equipment, devices, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
