Marketing Officer 2 - Real Estate

About the role

A real estate company in Lagos is looking for proactive, results-driven Marketing Officers to support its marketing activities. The role focuses on promoting real estate projects, generating leads, managing client relationships and supporting property sales and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Promote the company's real estate projects, properties and services.
• Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels.
• Assist with property viewings, client engagement and prospective buyer interactions.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Create and coordinate marketing content with the marketing team and support digital marketing on social media.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.
• Assist with marketing events, activations, property launches and promotions.
• Keep accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions and conversions.
• Work with sales and operations teams, prepare regular marketing reports and meet lead-generation targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, communications or a related field (compulsory).
• At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in real estate, property sales, construction or a related industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to be results-oriented and target-driven.

Required skills

• Lead generation and conversion of prospects into clients.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

What we offer

• Salary of 300,000 net, plus HMO.
