Marketing Lead

About the role

Scalein is hiring a Marketing Lead in Lagos to translate marketing strategy into actionable plans across digital channels, in-store activations and events. The role manages campaign execution end to end, from timelines and deliverables to post-campaign analysis, and works closely with marketing associates and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing calendar so campaigns launch on time and reach is maximised.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations: landing pages, email workflows, paid media assets and more.
• Track KPIs and analyse performance data to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing associates and sales teams, and work with external vendors when needed.
• Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation and personalisation tactics.

Required profile

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Management or another relevant field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience.
• Detail-oriented, able to work with limited supervision, strategic and proactive.
• Good written and verbal communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to use existing networks, work in a cross-functional team and adapt to change.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
