About the role
Swift Consulting is seeking a proactive marketer to promote its loan products and acquire new customers across Lagos. You will combine direct marketing, networking, and digital channels to drive lead generation and loan disbursement.
Key responsibilities
- Promote loan products to prospective customers through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field activities.
- Explain loan terms, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment schedules to prospects.
- Follow up leads, convert inquiries into applications, and assist customers with documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and applications while submitting regular sales reports.
Required profile
- OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, micro‑finance, or banking.
- Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Basic use of digital communication tools.
