Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive promotion and sales of Vertex Realty Solutions’ property portfolio. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will generate leads, nurture client relationships and support the end‑to‑end sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s real‑estate products and services.
• Generate, follow up and convert sales leads to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct property inspections, presentations and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate with clients and support the sales process through to closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports and represent the company at exhibitions and site visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Estate Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
