Marketing Executive

About the role

Kubona, a premium Nigerian fashion brand, is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Executive to own daily marketing output and drive order volume. Reporting directly to the Management team, you will act as the brand’s premium taste filter, ensuring every communication meets the aspirational standards of high‑net‑worth Nigerian customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly and monthly order targets and use content, WhatsApp, CRM, influencers and partner channels to meet them.
• Identify high‑performing tactics, double down on them and quickly discontinue under‑performing initiatives.
• Produce detailed content briefs and direct the in‑house photographer and videographer to create premium‑quality assets.
• Leverage AI tools such as Canva AI, CapCut AI and ChatGPT to create, edit and optimise marketing assets at speed.
• Write persuasive copy for product descriptions, WhatsApp messages, campaigns and social captions.
• Manage WhatsApp Business as a high‑ROI revenue channel, including broadcasts, catalogue pushes, follow‑ups and direct conversion conversations.
• Oversee CRM segmentation, personalised outreach and nurturing flows to improve repeat purchase rates.
• Act as the premium taste filter for external partners, brief remote media buyers and repurpose influencer content across organic and paid channels.
• Identify, negotiate and manage micro‑influencer collaborations, tracking performance and ROI.

Required profile

• Proactive doer with a deep understanding of premium Nigerian buyer psychology.
• Comfortable with full commercial accountability and ownership of revenue‑focused initiatives.
• Ability to work closely with senior management and act as the brand’s quality gatekeeper.
