About the role
Charis Realty & Investment Limited is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join its on‑site team in Uyo. You will play a key part in promoting the company’s real‑estate services, generating quality leads, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new clients and convert them into customers.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create promotional materials for properties and services.
- Engage with customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales and lead‑generation targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proficiency in market research and strategy development.
- Experience in sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Collaborative, on‑site work style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the real‑estate sector is a plus.
